How we work

From hillside to drum.

Four steps, all in Morocco, all in our hands. This is how a plant on an Atlas slope becomes a documented batch at your door.

Cutting herbs by hand

Step 01

Harvest in season

Each plant has its moment. In season, local families harvest by hand on their own land, and our team collects in the remote forests.

Step 02

Sort and dry in shade

The harvest is sorted by hand to remove foreign matter, then dried in shade so the aromatic profile stays intact.

Step 03

Distil at source

The plants are steam distilled in our own unit in Morocco. No intermediary, no blending with oils from elsewhere.

Step 04

Test, document, ship

Every batch is sampled and documented. We pack to your specification and prepare the export paperwork with the shipment.

Harvested with the people of the land

Local families bring in the harvest.

In season, families in the villages collect the plants on their own land, where many of them grow wild between the crops. We show them how to cut each plant so it grows back, then buy the harvest from them. Plants from remote forests, we collect ourselves.

Where we harvest.

The forests and hillsides of the Moroccan Atlas, where thyme, cistus, rosemary, myrtle, cedar and oak grow wild.
